What should we bring?

First and foremost, you will need to purchase a TN fishing license you can purchase them from https://license.gooutdoorstennessee.com/Licensing/CustomerLookup.aspx

You will need the "single day no trout" license it will be $6.00. You must have a license to fish! Your guide will make sure all parties have the correct permits before leaving the bank.

Can we bring our own gear?

You absolutely can bring your own gear and it's encouraged to bring your own poles or fly rods. Coolers anything bigger you might want to check with your guide. Weight is a big factor on the jet boat and we want to utilize and keep the rig as light as possible to get through the shallow areas of river.

What if we don't have our own gear?

That's not a problem at all just let us know upon booking if you would rather use a fly rod or traditional, spinning reels, and bait casters. If you are unsure what you need or want to try something you've never done before feel free and let us know and we can give you a short lesson and a little practice before we get on the water. We can accommodate and outfit the boat with whatever you're comfortable with, just let us know and don't be shy to ask any questions!

What if we don't fish much or we don't exactly know what to do?

If you're unfamiliar with fishing and trying to get out of your comfort zone. You've come to the right place, this is one of the best opportunities to ask all the questions and learn everything you might want to know with an experienced guide. You also have the luxuries of being around absolutely no one to see you fail, so make mistakes! Learn, we'll still have fun and you'll still catch a few fish in the process. Then you can take that home with you and create a life long past time for you or friends and family!
